The round threshold uses contractual boundary rules. Identifying the official stoppage time is essential before translating it into a Yes-or-No answer.

What the primary record establishes

CFTC record 65919 identifies REX’s BOXINGTOTALS product as Certified on 28 October 2026. CFTC product record 65919 — 28 October 2026 ↗

The terms place a stoppage at or before a round’s midpoint below N−0.5 rounds; after it, above. The midpoint is half the scheduled round length. Railbird Exchange / DKeX — BOXINGTOTALS terms, 28 October 2026 ↗

What the distinction changes

WFN hypothetical: in a three-minute eighth round, 1:30 falls in the lower branch relative to 7.5 rounds, while 1:31 falls in the upper branch. These are illustrations, not observations from a real fight.

A display that rounds both stoppages to one minute would erase the decisive distinction. Store the officially recorded precision before applying the contractual operator.

What to check before drawing a conclusion

Check the scheduled round length and the selected condition as well as the number of the round. A threshold label cannot be interpreted reliably if a tool assumes the same round duration for every bout.

Between-round stoppages and exceptional outcomes require the full specification. The product concerns bout duration rather than identifying the winner, and the filing’s illustrative fights should not be reported as completed events or used as historical market results.
