Magic Eden, a leading platform known primarily for its NFT marketplace, has announced a partnership with the team behind the $TRUMP meme token to launch an official cryptocurrency wallet branded under Donald Trump's name.
The product, called $TRUMP Wallet, will feature the former president’s name and likeness while supporting transactions in $TRUMP tokens, Bitcoin, and other digital assets.

The announcement comes as part of a broader initiative to expand Trump’s growing crypto portfolio, which already includes NFTs, stablecoins, decentralized finance (DeFi) platforms, meme coins named after him and the First Lady, and plans for cryptocurrency ETFs through TruthFi, a financial subsidiary of Truth Social.
On Tuesday, a waitlist for the $TRUMP Wallet was opened on TrumpWallet.com , with a full-scale launch expected by late summer.
According to a representative from Magic Eden, the wallet is being marketed as “the first and only crypto wallet for true Trump supporters,” offering users incentives worth up to $1 million in rewards for signing up and referring friends.

Despite the buzz surrounding the project, Eric Trump, who has held leadership roles in several of his father’s crypto ventures, publicly distanced himself from the initiative.
In a post on X (formerly Twitter), he stated, “I run @Trump, and I know nothing about this project!” His statement raises questions about the level of involvement—or lack thereof—of the Trump family in the development of the wallet.
The company pointed to the official TrumpMeme X account, which reposted the wallet announcement but provided no further details.
Similarly, attempts to contact the developers of the $TRUMP token for insights into revenue-sharing agreements, KYC requirements, or partnership terms went unanswered.

While the project appears to be moving forward, its connection to the Trump brand remains somewhat ambiguous.
Nonetheless, the $TRUMP Wallet aims to capitalize on the enthusiasm of Trump’s fanbase, offering them a dedicated space to manage their crypto holdings while incentivizing participation through lucrative referral bonuses.
